torque τ=P X E ie τ=(2i-j) X (i+j)=2k-(-k)
τ=3k
its magnitue is 3 units

Linear Charge Density
Find the electric field at a distance of 3cm from an infinite wire of linear charge density 0.2× 10-3 C/m
E=(1/4πε0)(2λ/r)
E=9 ×109(2×0.2× 10-3 )/3×10-2
E=1.2×108 NC-1
